Validated Authors
What do we mean by Validated Author?
Well, it means that if you post a story/chapter, you no longer have to wait for the Mods to approve it. Great, right? However, you don’t become a Validated Author just like that. You have to work for it.
How do you become a Validated Author?
By following a few simple rules:
- You must have a story posted.
- Your grammar/spelling must be acceptable. If you think your grammar/spelling is lacking, please contact a Beta, they can help you. Or go to the Guides page to see what you can improve, yourself. A story with great grammar/spelling is more enjoyable to read, don’t you think?
- You know the Submission rules and follow them. If a Mod gives you advice on how to improve, you take it and use it to improve yourself.
- Your formatting of the story is acceptable. This means; no bunching sentences together and using the proper bold, italics and/or underline tags in the right places. Also using quoting symbols (“”) is a necessity. It makes your story enjoyable to read.
The Mods will keep an eye on potential authors who can be Validated.
